1-Year Limited Warranty



Elite Response Solutions warrants that all products manufactured and sold by Elite Response Solutions are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing that occur during normal use in emergency service environments. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Elite Response Solutions will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable product.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, scuffs, or fading)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, or alteration
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, excessive force, or exposure to chemicals beyond normal cleaning agents
  • Damage resulting from use outside the intended application or environment
  • Products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than Elite Response Solutions

Custom Products

Custom-designed or made-to-order products are covered under this warranty for defects in materials and workmanship only. Due to their custom nature, custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless a defect is verified.

 

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Contact Elite Response Solutions within the warranty period
  2. Provide proof of purchase
  3. Provide photos and a description of the issue

If the claim is approved, instructions for repair or replacement will be provided. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise determined by Elite Response Solutions.

Limitations of Liability

 

Elite Response Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of service time, or operational downtime.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided. No other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided beyond the terms stated here.
